Aftermath of Matze's Great Scavenger Hunt

Introduction

I assume you are already familiar with the fact that Mathias did not build up his IKEA furniture until the mid of February 2016 (remember, we moved in somewhen back in October 2015). If not, you should catch up on the story and try the Scavenger Hunt yourself.

Doing him a favor

Anyway... Somewhen in March 2016, we finally managed to motivate Matze and build up his furniture for good. This is what it looked like after assembly:

But somehow, I felt that I should be an even nicer flat-mate than just one who helps assembling your IKEA stuff. So, I decided to clean up his desk a little bit and remove everything that's unnecessary for him, such as his computer. Make some space again, you know.

So, I had to put his computer somewhere... Luckily, we created some storage space just a day or so before!

When Matze came home from uni that day, he thought was that we had been robbed. Luckily, no such thing; I just helped him de-clutter a bit.
Before he could work on his computer as he had intended, he had to undo my organization efforts again. And since I "turned his schedule upside down like that", he just decided to turn my room upside down, too. Talk about being grateful!

Revenge

After I came home a short while later that day, I found my room to be in a peculiar state... Every book in my book shelf. Even the shoe box...

My bed... The mattress...

By golly, just have a look at this! EVERYTHING is turned upside down – the closer you look, the more absurd it all becomes!

My trash bin, my subwoofer... and even that shopping bag!

And of course, my jeans.

Conclusion

There is only one thing left to say about this entire madness: Never before have I been so proud of Matze than when I first saw what he did to my room on that day.
